Our client is a leader in the On-Demand Software world. They specialize in the secure communications and content collaboration space and have revenues over 140 million dollars. They are one of the top (10) SAAS firms according to Gartner. Due to growth and expansion they are looking to expand their marketing efforts by adding a field marketing professional to the team. Position Description: Define positioning and messaging for a global sales team, across a variety of market segments, to increase revenue. Create a variety of sales tools, i.e. presentations, videos, reports etc..., to increase the efficiency of the sales team Work directly with individual sales team members and the entire sales team to drive campaigns and programs at all levels to build pipelines and close business Drive and execute all outbound marketing events including trade shows, sponsorships, collateral, PR and advertising Spearhead their presence on social media and the Web by creating content that spurs stickiness and creates action to driving buying decisions. Qualifications/Requirements: B.S. degree, MBA preferred in marketing A combination of previous sales, field marketing and marketing programs/communications experience a plus Creative, high positive energy with strong organizational skills and an ability to execute a must Strong communication skills, particularly across sales and marketing, with solid writing skills A passion for high technology, the software industry and marketing and sales a must A passion for driving sales results a must Demonstrable track record of success in working with sales teams All resumes should be submitted in a Microsoft word format and will be kept confidential.
