Play a key role in the high growth areas of Enterprise Collaboration and Social Networking software in a team of software development engineers developing Enterprise Collaboration Platform (ECP) Portal backend, and Infrastructure development in a fast pace startup like team utilizing Agile process with focus on Search technologies.

Personal Characteristics:
Technical leadership, excellent team player, excellent verbal and written communications skills, customer and quality focused experience, able to drive solution from product requirements, self motivated, ability to meet or beat the schedule with good track records.

Skills Requirements:
Strong development background in JAVA, Search Technologies (including Lucene/Solr/MS FAST), JSR168(Portlets), Relational Database, J2EE, Web Services, Linux/Unix, Multithreading development experience, High availability, Distributed components, Tomcat, excellent troubleshooting skills & experience in developing complex software applications. Resolve complex problems at the system level. Contribute innovative ideas for architecture design. Required prior experience implementing Search technologies using Lucene/Solr on large scale deployment above 100K users, with performance tuning, scalability and clustering.

Highly Desirable/Optional Skills:
Liferay, Hibernate, JDBC/ODBC, JDO/JPA, ehCache, Memcached, Web Application server development, Linux/Unix, JSP, HTML, Java scripts.

Education & Experience:
MSEE/CS combined with 5-7 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 7-10+ yrs related experience.
