Lighthouse Associates recruits sales and marketing professionals for software companies throughout the Country. Currently, we are in the process of helping a $100M+ Marketing Automation software company hire a salesperson in either Cincinnati, Columbus, or Indianapolis to build and grow business within target mid market prospects across all verticals.
Responsibilities from a home based office will include selling (prospecting, needs analysis, and closing) solutions ranging from $50K-$200K plus. Typical sales cycle will be anywhere from 30 days to 3 months with call points at the C level as well as Marketing Executive level across all vertical markets. Candidates MUST possess: -"Hunter" mentality with proven ability to prospect in a territory. Prospecting will be a major portion of the position, therefore candidate must be skilled at prospecting, pipeline development and qualification of opportunities. Current or prior sales experience within large B-B companies (Payroll services, copiers) where prospecting was a must is extremely desirable. -Proven sales success within software (Content management, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, etc.) or web based solutions is preferred. -Experience selling into marketing departments and/or advertising agencies is highly preferred. -Ability to work independently out of a home based office. |
