Requirements:
-Graduate of a four-year college with a degree in business administration, marketing, or its equivalent required. An advanced degree or equivalent is preferred. -Eight years experience in GPO, Medical/Surgical Distribution, hospital or combination. -Knowledge in business management, marketing, and sales.-Minimum seven (7) years health care experience & demonstrated leadership experience with product launches, project facilitation and implementation; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and working knowledge of all functions. within the acute care and non-acute care setting with emphasis on medical/surgical products. -Previous experience with direct contracting, purchasing, or business experience would be preferred. -Must be able to work independently, organize, solve problems, and make independent judgments. -Computer skills should include Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and electronic mail systems. -Presentation and meeting facilitation skills required. -Ability to coordinate and manage multiple membership relationships and moderate to extensive day and overnight travel required. DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the management and national performance of our clients Physician Preference program. Develop coordinated key marketing strategies to increase customer awareness and cost saving opportunities.
