Must be able to work in a multi-task department. Duties:
• Learn complicated software systems
• Perform programming projects as assigned
• Perform ad-hoc programming tasks as assigned
• Routine operational tasks
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (along with other programmers)
• Handle help-desk tasks, also on a rotating basis

Must meet the following qualifications:
• 10 + years COBOL programming experience
• 5 + years (recent) on HP9000
• Must perform well in a dynamic environment, and be able to shift focus when necessary
- Experience in HP3 / HP 9 Cobol environment

Experience in conversion from HP3000 to HP9000 a plus.
• AMXW code and JCL conversion software
• Marxmeier’s Eloquence database for HP-UX
• Acucorp Acucobol for HP-UX in a Windows environment
PC database and programming experience a plus
