PHYSICAL THERAPIST
We have a phenomenal opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist within the outpatient department of a top-notch healthcare organization. A key member of the Physical Therapy professional staff, the physical therapist is responsible for clinically competent evaluations and treatment programs for all assigned patients along with documenting care according to departmental standards. Demonstrate clinical competency and performance in the following areas: assessment tools, intervention programs, exercise equipment, modality equipment, measuring and monitoring devices, home program development, computer skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills with patients, family, staff and others. Demonstrate and promote team work with flexibility, willingness to assist other departmental service locations as requested, showing respect and cooperation with all departments and individuals, living the standards or behavior. Functions as an expert clinical resource for populations served. Facilitates interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure patient care needs are met in an efficient and effective manner. Implements and monitors plan for care to ensure timely outcome achievement. Provides education to team members, caregivers, and patient to ensure achievement of treatment plan goals.Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
