The National Accounts District Sales Manager compensation package includes a base salary, training subsidy and commission schedule as well as a car allowance and much more. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota and Solution/Outsourcing or Software Sales Experience, selling “intangibles” is required. • Proven proficiency in “account plan” development and implementation of related sales strategies required• Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close major account prospects• Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills• Bachelor’s Degree preferredADP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer; M/F/D/V.
