Duties: Part time commission based position to generate warm leads with potential clients and set appointments by making phone calls. You will also support the investment advisor team, research and collect data and enter in to CRM database. This includes building C-Level or key decision-maker level relationships and multiple relationships in key companies. Ideal Background: Tennessee and Mississippi Real Estate license in good standing with no violations or willing to obtain the license. Very strong personal skills: high integrity, candor, excellence, and interpersonal skills and passion. Strong competencies in intellect the ability to learn, understand, innovate, analyze and a proven ability to multitask and follow-through. Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Must demonstrate proven aggressive work ethic to call on prospects and ability to make presentations and close deals. |
