Human Resources Generalist - Manufacutirng

This position will support the manufacturing operations with all HR related functions, including: training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, hiring, discipline procedure, HR system, and policies and procedures.

A Bachelors degree is required (HR or Business preferred), with at least three years experience in HR in a manufacturing facility, as an HR Generalist / Specialist. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as this position will interface with the shop floor production associates. Union avoidance or automotive experience is a plus.

Rural location outside of Memphis. Full time permanent position with full benefits.
