Quant Recruiting is a full-service staffing firm that provides project based and permanent staffing solutions for organizations in need of the analytical specialty skill areas of statistics, operations research, decision science, actuarial science, economics and engineering.
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry is in need of a statistician experienced in customer based marketing predictive analytics. This Charlotte based position requires a professional which at least 5 year of experience.
Customer Analytics Modeler
Accountabilities:
· Design, build, test, train and validate models on a continuous basis. Primary tool will be base SAS and SAS STAT.
· Develop analyses and predictive models related to customer segmentation, acquisition, attrition, enhanced cross sell and profitability.
· Work within the department to leverage leading edge technology and data mining techniques to support the revenue and profitability goals of the corporation.
· Extract and process millions of observation in support of analytic assignments.
· Manage multiple projects which simultaneously.
· Develop presentations, supporting materials, spreadsheets and models, using a system for thinking, planning, and presenting.
Job Requirements:
• Must have experience with Marketing Customer Analytics
• Masters degree in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research or mathematics. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on coding experience in SAS or other programming language, with ability to display proficiency in predictive modeling and manipulation skills. • Financial services or CPG experience preferred. Demonstration of experience required through sample work submissions.
